This is an attractive, fully-furnished, high-rise apartment with a city view. This was where I lived. I manage it as if it were my own home. It's connected to Wangsimni Station via an underground passage, so you can avoid the heat, snow, and rain. It's a very quiet officetel.
It is connected to Wangsimni Station via an underground passage (Exits 10 and 11). - Line 2 - Bundang Line - Gyeongui-Jungang Line - Line 5 There is a bus stop right in front of the house.
Please understand that we cannot register your new address or office address. ㅡ You may be charged for any damage to the property. ㅡ This room is a fully furnished short-term rental, so disposable items provided by accommodations are not included. (Same as fully furnished monthly rent) - All bedding, including beds, blankets, and pillows, is provided.
I had a comfortable stay here for a month. The location is excellent, so I’d recommend it to travelers!
