🔹️ You can extend your stay on a daily basis at any time. 🔹️ To ensure cleanliness, we use a professional cleaning service to thoroughly clean the interior, including the air conditioner, ventilation fan, and drains. 🔹️ The location offers great convenience, with various amenities nearby such as a movie theater, restaurants, cafes, banks, hospitals, convenience stores, dry cleaners, pharmacies, gyms, and a laundromat. 🔹️ Compensation charges will apply in the event of property damage or soiling.
✔️ All utility costs are included in the management fee. However, additional charges may apply upon move-out if electricity or gas is used excessively. ✔️ Please turn off the air conditioner and heating system when you go out, and treat the space with care. ✔️ We use a professional cleaning service to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. ✔️ A special cleaning fee of 300,000–400,000 KRW will be charged in the event of indoor smoking or the presence of pets.
The interior was very clean, and the location offers convenient transportation. It was a pleasure meeting such a kind and considerate landlord. I had a wonderful stay.
