🔹️ You can extend your stay on a daily basis at any time. 🔹️ To ensure cleanliness, we use a professional cleaning service to thoroughly clean the interior, including the air conditioner, ventilation fan, and drains. 🔹️ The location offers great convenience, with various amenities nearby such as a movie theater, restaurants, cafes, banks, hospitals, convenience stores, dry cleaners, pharmacies, gyms, and a laundromat. 🔹️ Compensation charges will apply in the event of property damage or soiling.
✔️ All utility costs are included in the management fee. However, please note that excessive electricity or gas usage may result in additional charges upon move-out. ✔️ Please turn off the air conditioner and heating system when you go out, and treat the space with care as if it were your own. ✔️ We employ professional cleaning services to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. ✔️ A special cleaning fee of 300,000–400,000 KRW will be charged in the event of indoor smoking or the presence of pets.
