Check-in is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you check-in instructions. Smoking indoors and bringing pets are not allowed. Cooking utensils, pots, dishes, and cleaning supplies are provided. You only need to bring your personal hygiene items (such as toiletries). The accommodation is prepared exactly as shown in the photos.

Please remember to turn off the heating/cooling system when you go out to save energy. ✔️ Information on Provided Items 1. Bedding is set up as shown in the photos. This includes a single-size bed (SS), pillow, comforter, mattress pad, and mattress cover (all items are less than 1 year old). You will be charged for any stains that cannot be removed by washing (e.g., kimchi juice, blood). 2. Personal hygiene items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, and towels, as well as disposable items, are not provided. 3. Laundry detergent, kitchen detergent, cleaning supplies, standard/food waste bags, and toilet paper are provided. 4. Basic cooking utensils such as pots, pans, and tableware, a drying rack, and a hairdryer are provided. There are also several self-service laundromats nearby.
- If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. - All utility bills are included in the management fee.
