📘 Check-in is contactless. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in instructions and usage guidelines. 🕜 Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We may be able to adjust these times depending on availability :)
✅ Located directly across from the building on the 1st floor of the Seongdong-gu Office, the Seongdong Chaekmaru Library is a 24-hour open book café and relaxation space. ✅ Extremely close to the Wangsimni Station Beatplex and Enter-6 shopping districts, which feature Daiso, E-Mart, Olive Young, movie theaters, and more. To ensure a comfortable stay for our guests, we personally handle maintenance and management whenever necessary, striving to keep the property in top condition at all times. Some photos of the accommodation are staged for illustrative purposes; actual props and specific items may vary. Due to the nature of short-term rentals, amenities such as bedding and shampoo are not provided.
All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee.
