๐ Check-in is contactless; once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. ๐ Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We can adjust these times depending on the situation :)
โ Located right across the street is "Seongdong Chaekmaru," a 24-hour open library and book cafรฉ/relaxation space on the first floor of the Seongdong-gu Office. โ Extremely close to the Wangsimni Station commercial area, including Bitplex and Enter-6, which feature Daiso, E-Mart, Olive Young, a movie theater, and more. We personally handle maintenance and upkeep whenever necessary to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests and strive to maintain the property in top condition at all times. Some photos are for illustrative purposes; actual decor and specific items may vary. Due to the nature of short-term rentals, amenities such as bedding and shampoo are not provided.
All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee.
We had a comfortable stay thanks to the quick and friendly responses to all our inquiries and needs. As a couple visiting from abroad, we really enjoyed our time here. The only downside is that the space is quite smallโreally just big enough for sleeping. It seems like the perfect size for a single person, as the queen-sized bed takes up almost the entire room. If you keep the size in mind, itโs a great place to stay for the long term, with excellent transportation links and everything else you could need.
It was a trip where everything was perfect.
