๐(Bus) From the Boram Intersection bus stop in front of the complex, take bus 1137 or 1143 towards Madeul Station on Line 7, or village bus Nowon 02 or Nowon 11 towards Nowon Station or Sanggye Station on Line 4 (takes about 10 minutes). ๐ถ(Walk) Approximately 13 minutes to Madeul Station on Line 7, and approximately 15 minutes to Nowon Station on Line 4.
- Check-in: 2 PM / Check-out: 11 AM (Please let us know in advance if you wish to check out late ๐) - Smoking and pets are prohibited indoors. (A professional cleaning service fee of approximately 400,000 KRW may be charged for violations) - All consumable items necessary for daily life are provided. - We will provide detailed information non-face-to-face upon contract signing :)
๐This is a home where my husband and I actually lived, and we only took our bodies and luggage when we left. Please don't compare it to places that are just set up for rental purposes. ๐ญ It's fully equipped with school supplies, daily necessities, basic cosmetics, etc., so you can truly just bring yourself and leave without worrying about small expenses (consumables like toilet paper are provided for one-time use only). We've also provided plenty of hangers in the dressing room. The washer and dryer are a large-capacity WashTower, so you can even wash comforters. - Only up to 2 adults are allowed (1 preschool child is allowed, no extra bedding provided). - There's a large supermarket (GS The Fresh), Daiso, and various coffee franchises (Mega, Paik's Coffee, Compose, Ediya, etc.) right in front, making it very convenient for daily life. - Parking is not too difficult (1 parking space available, separate deposit required). - It's been over 2 years since the interior renovation, so you can use a clean home without worrying about new house syndrome. ๐We emphasize that this is a home full of amenities, so please feel free to contact us with any questions! ๐ฅณ Thank you!
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. *All electronics are Samsung products, not for rental, but actual products used by our newlywed couple :)
While looking for a short-term rental apartment during the interior renovation period, I booked a 5-week stay at a host's place with good reviews. They said they had just renovated, and as they said, the place is comfortable and fully furnished, so it's a great place where you can just come with your body. And the host's mother gave kind and quick feedback on various things, so I had a really comfortable stay. I was so grateful that I gave them a bouquet of soap flowers as a gift.
