It is an ideal space for a solo traveler. - Although not visible in the photos, the windows are fitted with double-layered blackout curtains to ensure a good night's sleep. - Separate ceiling-mounted Samsung air conditioning and air purification units ensure a pleasant environment in any weather. Within walking distance, you will find Yeonseo Market (home to many eateries featured on YouTube), as well as Daiso, Lotte Super, Olive Young, A Twosome Place (2 locations), Starbucks (3 locations), McDonald's, Subway, Lotteria, Burger King, Mom's Touch, KFC, No Brand Burger, and more. The area is packed with various chain stores and restaurants famous on social media. It is perfect for those who prefer dining out or getting takeout rather than cooking. (A convenience store and a coin laundry are located right outside the building.) Parking is available via a standard self-parking system spanning three underground levels, supplemented by a mechanical parking system, making it convenient for both residents and visitors to park. All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee. However, in the event of excessive electricity or gas usage, additional charges will be incurred and deducted from your security deposit (330,000 KRW) before the remainder is returned to you.
