All management fees (including hot water) are included; only heating costs are separate. Heating costs are relatively low thanks to the district heating system!
The city view is great. There are excellent amenities and walking paths in the neighborhood.
The house was clean and the location was right in front of Lotte Mart, so I had a really comfortable stay~!
