- Located in Geomdan Food Town, 1 minute from Geomdan Sageori Station. - Many bus routes make it easily accessible. - Parking in the building: Monthly fee (30,000 won for underground, 50,000 won for above ground) - Public parking lot next to the building: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (maximum 6,000 won), weekends and evenings from 7:00 PM to 9:00 AM the next day (free) - Free use of the public parking lot next to Majeon Middle School (within a 5-minute walk)
- Minors cannot enter into a contract. - Illegal activities such as prostitution and operating a gambling establishment are strictly prohibited. If detected, you will be immediately reported and evicted. - Pets are not allowed. - If indoor smoking or damage to property is confirmed, a certain amount will be deducted from the deposit.
- Check-in is contactless. - Everything is provided (including cooking utensils, air purifier, steam iron, etc.), so you just need to bring yourself. (Suitable for short-term stays such as moving, interior design, business trips, etc.) - If you have any inconveniences, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve them. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. Internet TV is included. Please refrain from excessive heating and cooling.
It was so clean and quiet, and I had a wonderful stay. The owner was incredibly kind, too. I traveled to Korea from abroad, and this made for a truly enjoyable trip.
