- This is an old-fashioned, rustic country house with a wooden floor. - It is fully furnished and has internet access. - This is for those who want to rest quietly / those who want to experience a country house before returning to farming or rural life. - The structure is 1 room for 2 people / 1 large room that serves as a kitchen and living room. You will mainly live in the kitchen/living room.
- We recommend using your own car. It is a 5-minute drive to the town. - There are about 2 buses a day, in the morning and evening. - Parking is available for 2 cars in front of the house.
- Check-in is contactless. - Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors.
- The sea is a 10-minute drive away. - Dasan Chodang, Gaudo, Yeongrang Saengga, Jujaksan, Jeonlabyeongyeongseong Baeknyeonsa, Seollokdawon, etc. - Gangjin 5-day market is held on the 4th and 9th of the month. Fresh agricultural and fishery ingredients are abundant and inexpensive. - Local ingredients are also abundant at Nonghyup Hanaro Mart and Livestock Cooperative.
The boiler usage for spring, autumn, and winter is included in the management fee, based on 1 drum of kerosene per month (50 liters per week). However, additional charges will apply for excess usage (based on local kerosene prices).
It was nice to be able to experience the old, large house as it was. The children also said it felt like their grandmother's house and that they were comfortable because it wasn't unfamiliar.
