I've been living here on and off, so I'm just listing it at a low price! The house itself is an older building, so there's some wear and tear, but it's a two-room apartment and has the advantage of being spacious for the price. :) A queen-size bed is provided. :)

In-person/non-face-to-face move-in is acceptable.
