🌕 How to Use • Check-out time: 11:00 AM | Check-in time: After 3:00 PM (However, if there is a guest checking out on the same day, check-in may be delayed until after cleaning is completed.) • Check-in is contactless. • Check-in information, such as the room's passcode, will be provided by the morning of your check-in day. • Please bring your own bedding, including pillows and blankets.

(We will send you this information along with the move-in guide upon contract signing :) • Children's Grand Park and Konkuk University Lake are a 5-minute walk away, perfect for walks and exercise. • A Daiso is a 10-minute walk away, which is convenient. • If you are coming for work: Konkuk University and Gunja are a 10-minute walk away, Jamsil is a 20-minute ride by public transport, and Gangnam is a 30-minute ride by public transport. • It's a safe and quiet neighborhood where you can relax comfortably. ⚠️ Important Information • Please be aware that as this is a densely populated residential area, noise complaints may be received. All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.

Pros Issues were fixed immediately Powerful air conditioning and heating Very close to the station and Konkuk University Quiet neighborhood Cons Lingering smell of an old house Needed a thorough cleaning upon moving in Despite the pros and cons, I was satisfied living there.
