This is a quiet house next to DH Bangbae. 🏠 Cafes, convenience stores, brunch restaurants, famous bakeries, supermarkets, parks, and coin laundromats are all within walking distance! Boulangerie L'enfant, Riyoyoyo Coffee, Dover Village, etc.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
The bathroom ceiling was low, so I hit my head several times, and it was inconvenient because there were no basic eating utensils. Still, the topper, bedding, warm boiler, and hot water worked well, so it was livable. There were many pretty cafes and restaurants near Sadang, so it was good to commute to Sadang. It was also convenient because both Isu and Sadang stations were not far away. However, I was a little bothered by the sound of the elderly neighbors next door spitting phlegm every day. I learned that not only the house itself is important, but also who the neighbors are.
