Our home is a low-rise property nestled in a lush, forest-adjacent area, offering a view of the greenery at Hwanho Botanical Garden Park. The forest scenery that unfolds the moment you open the back balcony door is the home's most relaxing feature. A 5-minute drive to Songdo Beach in the south via the Haeoreum Bridge (opened in January). Check-in is contactless. This property serves as our family's second home, offering a cozy and relaxing atmosphere perfect for unwinding. While you may notice signs of lived-in use typical of a second home, the property is fully stocked with most essential daily necessities. It is a place our family cherishes—a retreat we visit whenever we need a comfortable rest. 🚫 We recently (July 2025) completed minor renovations (wallpaper, flooring, painting the front and back balconies, and replacing light fixtures) and upgraded appliances, including the washing machine, dryer, and vacuum cleaner, to brand-new models. 🚫 As this property operates as a "space rental" rather than a commercial "lodging business," we do not provide services such as cleaning, laundry, bedding changes, or trash disposal during your stay. 🚫 Additional cleaning fees (charged at cost) may apply in cases of improper waste or food waste sorting, property damage, indoor smoking, or excessive soiling of laundry. The location was excellent, so I had a great stay.
We had a pleasant stay. The apartment is airy and cool. There is a park nearby, making it a great spot for walks. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from a bus stop, making public transport easily accessible. There is a grocery store nearby. The host was kind and accommodating, even lending us extra bedding to suit our needs. Aside from one single bed, the other beds and the sofa were somewhat uncomfortable. It is recommended to bring your own personal supplies, including toilet paper. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.
