The unit features fresh white wallpaper, and the refrigerator and washing machine were replaced just a year ago. It boasts a popular U-shaped kitchen layout with an island table, along with ample storage space, including a wardrobe and shoe cabinet. The duplex structure maximizes space efficiency and includes a dedicated vanity on the upper level. Situated at the far end of the hallway, this unit is highly desirable due to its superior privacy and reduced noise levels. Part of one of the largest officetel complexes in Ilsan—comprising four buildings and 1,540 units—it offers a pleasant environment with well-maintained landscaping that is perfect for walks. We are confident that this unit offers the best value for money.
It is located just five minutes from Baekseok Station (Line 3) and right at the entrance to the Ilsan IC, making it easy to access the Jayu-ro Expressway and travel toward Seoul and Paju. Convenient bus connections to Seoul and Paju are also readily available.
The move-in process can be handled remotely, or in person if necessary.
It is conveniently located right next to Costco, with easy access to Homeplus, a movie theater, Ilsan Hospital, and various other amenities. Situated at the far end of the hallway, this unit offers superior privacy and a quieter environment. The faucets have been replaced, ensuring excellent water pressure and flow. Super-single beds are provided on both the main floor and the mezzanine level; two guests can sleep separately, or a single guest can choose whichever sleeping area they prefer. Just outside the front door, the end of the hallway connects to a large terrace, making it an ideal spot for smoking or getting some fresh air.
All utilities are included in the management fee. However, guests are responsible for setting up their own internet connection.
I stayed here for four weeks. The location and nearby amenities made it very convenient. Although the building is old and the facilities are a bit dated, I didn't experience any major inconvenience. I also appreciated the host's quick communication.
