The Geumosan Mountain trail is connected to the front of the house, and it is close to the lake. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Cafes and bakeries are also nearby. Accessory shops and clothing stores are also within a 1-minute walk.
Located 100m from Gumi Station on Geumridan-gil, it offers excellent accessibility and convenient transportation to Gumi's city center and tourist attractions. A terrace in the yard where you can enjoy a simple tea time. It consists of one bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom. There is a kitchen where you can do simple cooking. ⚫️ All utility bills are included in the management fee.
