This is a nice, spacious place near the beach. There are five outdoor clay tennis courts nearby. It was quiet, and the house was well-stocked with necessary dishes, towels, and plenty of blankets. What we didn't like: the lack of proper curtains on the windows. How were we supposed to sleep? We had to cover the windows with blankets to keep the sunlight from waking us up. There weren't even any curtains in the other room. It wasn't clear where to dispose of the trash; the owner told us to leave it on the balcony. Even though we tied up all the bags, we still dealt with too many gnats during our two-week stay! Also, keep in mind that the house is situated on a small hill, so you have to walk up it every time you go out. We didn't mind this much, but taxi drivers were very reluctant to come here. We barely managed to get to the train station from the house. Otherwise, it's a great place for both remote work and relaxation.
I had a comfortable and pleasant experience using it.
Great location! It is extremely close to Haeundae, so it is very convenient if you are traveling by car. However, it is situated on a very steep hill, so I haven't tried walking there. Gukbap (rice soup) restaurants and the Jayeondo Salt Bread shop were incredibly close by. I think it might be difficult for those who are sensitive to smells or prefer flat terrain! But for those who aren't bothered by such things, I think it would be a great choice.
I am the owner of a space where the whole family can heal.
