Check-in is contactless. Check-in time: 3:00 PM Check-out time: 12:00 PM (time adjustments negotiable) Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a text message with room usage instructions. The entrance door code will be sent via text message one hour before check-in. The rate is based on two-adult occupancy; additional charges apply for an extra child or adult (requires consultation regarding increased maintenance fees). Strictly no smoking indoors and no pets allowed (guests will be required to leave if found with pets or if three adults are staying).

No separate management fee is charged. However, excessive use of the included amenities may result in a request for an additional management fee.
Wonderful apartment—very clean, comfortable, and in a great location for getting around Seoul. The gym is excellent.

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was very spacious with plenty of storage space. It also had great amenities. I would definitely stay here again.
