With numerous apartments, large supermarkets, hospitals, schools, academies, convenience stores, and other infrastructure nearby, it is available for use by international arrivals, business travelers, people moving, students, and office workers. Located 10 minutes from the Gangnam area, 5 minutes from Gyodae Station on Subway Lines 2/3, and a 3-4 minute walk from Seocho Station. It is also within walking distance of Seoul National University of Education, Daehak-ro, Seoul Arts Center, Nambu Terminal, Gangnam Catholic St. Mary's Hospital, various administrative agencies, and numerous courts and government offices, placing it in the heart of the legal district.
Check-in is contactless. Check-in is after 1 PM and check-out is before 11 AM. After the contract is confirmed, usage instructions for check-in will be sent by phone or message on the same day. If you wish to extend your stay, please inquire in advance via message or phone as much as possible.
There is a park nearby that is good for walking, and within a 1-minute walk, there are McDonald's, several supermarkets, cafes, convenience stores, hospitals, academies, and restaurants, making it convenient for daily life. It is south-facing with bright lighting and a wide view. Moving-in registration is required. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. Elevator, CCTV, 50-inch TV, built-in refrigerator, water purifier, oven-type microwave, drum washing machine, ceiling air conditioners in the master bedroom and living room, air purifier, regular dining table & floor-sitting table, dressing table, fan, induction cooktop, iPhone/Type-C charger, hair dryer, dressing table, drying rack, hanger rack, 4-tier storage cabinet, 3-tier shelf, multiple hangers, automatic bidet, kitchenware, tableware, bathroom supplies, bedding, mats (1 double/2 single), large towels, multiple regular towels, and other daily necessities are all provided. In case of product loss, damage to property, or indoor contamination, compensation may be required.
Parking is strictly prohibited. All utility bills are included in the management fee. TV (including internet, Wi-Fi, Coupang Play, Disney+, Netflix, YouTube, and U+tv cable viewing) If you excessively use the included items, additional management fees may be requested. Laundry detergent, bathroom supplies, towels, long towels, tableware, kitchen supplies and detergent, various seasonings, daily necessities, etc. are also fully equipped.
It’s a nice building, but the cleanliness was very disappointing. I had to wipe down the inside of the refrigerator and the air conditioner with wet wipes as soon as I moved in because they were so dirty. There was dried chili powder stuck to the pots, so I didn't use the kitchen at all. The bedding had an unpleasant odor, and I even had to kill two silverfish. It’s a great place, but the maintenance was lacking. Also, there were no curtains or blinds in the living room or bedroom, which was inconvenient as it meant no privacy and no way to block out the sunlight.
