Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. For contactless check-in, we will provide you with a password. Basic TV channels are provided, and the Wi-Fi password is on the router. Simple cooking is allowed; please clean up after use. Please be careful when using the balcony and refrain from smoking. For additional guests (per adult), please inquire. Use designated garbage bags for trash and separate recyclables upon departure.
There are terminals, department stores, hospitals, restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby, making it convenient to live. Short-term rentals are not eligible for move-in registration. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Wallpapering and special cleaning fees may be charged in case of contamination.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
