The ceiling in the bathroom is slightly low; therefore, tall adult men are advised to use the provided stool while showering. 3. For cooling, we provide a silent air cooler and an electric fan, as the room is compact. Heating is provided via underfloor heating and an electric mat (hot water is also available).

We will provide you with a key. Please lock the door and hide the key when you go out. (A fee of 10,000 KRW applies if the key is lost.) The house is a single-story detached home located in a residential neighborhood; it features a yard and offers a quiet atmosphere. The Seongsu Cafe Street pop-up zone is just a 5–8 minute walk away, so your day will fly by just exploring the restaurants and trendy spots there! 😉 🪴 Toilet paper, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, hair dryer, and insect spray.
To operate the main gate lock, turn the lever to the left to unlock and to the right to lock. Please ensure the gate is locked whenever you leave the premises to minimize the risk of burglary. Since this is a ground-floor unit, please step outside the main gate to smoke. If you choose to smoke in the yard, please do so near the gate and ensure that cigarette butts are disposed of properly. You will be held liable for any loss or damage to the keys.
You are responsible for the cost of the water and electricity you use. An evaporative air cooler is provided for cooling. There is no charge for gas usage. (Electric mats are provided for floor heating, and there is an electric water heater and a space heater.)
