It has recently undergone partial remodeling and offers a clean, cozy atmosphere. 💕💕💕 - Before move-in, the entire room is disinfected and cleaned, and the bedding is replaced. - The washing machine is thoroughly cleaned, including regular tub cleaning cycles. - Convenient amenities—such as an administrative welfare center, library, swimming pool, academies, restaurants, convenience stores, and a supermarket—are all within a 10-minute walk. It is ideally located near a BRT stop for easy travel to Sejong and Daejeon, and offers opportunities for leisure activities like walking along the Geumgang River. * Indoor smoking 🚭 and pets are not allowed.
