(You must bring your own bedding, and only a separate management fee will be charged) Contactless check-in (password will be sent via text 30 minutes before check-in) This is a short-term space rental, not a lodging business, so no items other than those shown in the photos will be provided. You will need to bring or purchase items in addition to those provided. Super single bed and bedding: No bedding changes or cleaning during your stay. No smoking in the building/accommodation. A fine of 100,000 won will be imposed for smoking (including e-cigarettes). No guests other than the number of people on the reservation are allowed to stay or visit. No pets allowed. If pets are brought in, you will be immediately evicted without a refund. No parties allowed. Trash disposal and recycling are located behind the parking lot on the 1st floor. Additional charges may apply if the toilet is clogged with wet wipes, food waste, etc. Please refrain from using loud speakers and excessive noise (if excessive noise causes complaints from neighbors, you will be immediately evicted). Please refrain from cooking dishes with strong odors (cleaning fees may be charged for odors caused by food). After checking out, we will determine responsibility for any damage, loss, or contamination and may claim compensation for damages. As this is a short-term rental, cleaning and additional items are not provided.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
