- There is a convenience store right next to the accommodation, making it convenient to use. - Banghwanryujeong, a hot spot in Haenggung, is right in front, and it is in a good location, a leisurely 5-10 minutes to Haengnidan-gil. - The accommodation is 10 minutes from Suwon KT Wiz Park, and it is also convenient to move to Suwon World Cup Stadium nearby. - If you need to check out early, please inquire in advance by message :)

I had a wonderful time staying here for a full month! I especially enjoyed taking frequent night walks right in front of Hwaseong Haenggung Palace—it became an unforgettable memory.
I ended up staying for 3 weeks because there was a gap in my move. I was a little worried because it was on the first floor, but when I went in, it was cozy and beautifully decorated! I had to communicate about a few things, and I was grateful that they were resolved quickly! It's a quiet and cozy residential area! Highly recommended! However, if you have a car, it's a bit inconvenient. Parking is possible in the empty spaces between houses, but you have to search for it (though you'll find one quickly!). There's a public parking lot right in front! Also, since it's a residential area, the garbage disposal method is different from apartments, so you need to know the designated disposal spots to avoid complaints. If you just familiarize yourself with the recycling methods, garbage disposal, and parking, you should be able to live comfortably!
