Units with lofts may feel more spacious than the listed net area.
This is a newly built property (occupied for two years). A super-single bed is provided in the loft area. Amenities include an AirDresser and a Bluetooth speaker. The TV is a Smart TV; connect it to your mobile hotspot to watch Netflix. All towels and bedding are washed using a high-temperature boiling method. Please bring your own toiletries. A relaxing space where cleanliness and a cozy atmosphere are top priorities.
Please inquire in advance regarding parking. 10,000 won per week.
Check-in is contactless. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed. The base rate covers two guests; an additional fee of 10,000 KRW per person per day applies for extra guests. Additional bedding is available upon request.
There is a shopping mall and a lake park nearby. There is a convenience store on the first floor.

In the event of excessive use of included utilities/services (if usage is more than double that of other units of the same size, an additional management fee of twice the standard rate may be charged.) Examples: Excessive air conditioner use, setting floor heating to a high temperature 2. If furniture is rearranged and not returned to its original layout, 30,000 KRW will be deducted from the security deposit.
The accommodation was clean and comfortable overall, so I had a pleasant, hassle-free stay😊 It was well-equipped with all the necessary facilities and amenities, and the quiet surroundings made for a relaxing experience.
