All utility bills are included in the management fee, but excessive use will incur additional charges. You are liable for compensation for damage or destruction of property. The same applies to the use of common areas.
It's a nice apartment in a good location. We ran into some issues during our stay, but overall, it's good.
It was a new officetel, so it was more than enough for 3 people and very comfortable.
