All utilities are included in the management fee, so you can use them without any additional burden. However, additional charges may apply if electricity, water, heating, or cooling is used excessively beyond the usual limits. In the event of damage, destruction, or contamination of property within the guest room, such as furniture, appliances, fixtures, bedding, wallpaper, or flooring, you are responsible for restoration to the original condition or compensation. The same applies to the use of common facilities; users are responsible for compensation for any damage or destruction to facilities in common areas such as the reading room, fitness center, and rooftop.
I stayed here for a total of seven days and had a very satisfying experience! There are plenty of convenience stores nearby, making daily shopping incredibly convenient. The room is spotlessly clean, and all the necessary facilities are in good condition. The host is easy to communicate with, and the entire check-in process went smoothly. Highly recommended—I would definitely choose this place again for my next trip!

The facilities are clean as it is a newly built property, and the location is excellent, being close to the subway station. The landlord is kind and very responsive.
