This is the second floor of a recently remodeled, sun-drenched house. There are two rooms: one bedroom and one separate living room. It's a space suitable for two people or a family. However, the stairs to the second floor are narrow, so it might be difficult for young children. There are two rooms, and both are quite large. One room is set up as a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and the larger room is used as a living room, making it suitable for small gatherings.
Bus 7770 to Sadang and express bus 3000 to Gangnam are available within a 7-minute walk from the house.
You can check in at your convenience in the afternoon. Please contact us 15 minutes before your arrival, and we will assist you with parking in front of the house. Please note that after guests check out, we try to leave the room vacant for a few days to allow time for cleaning. For more than 2 people, an additional 30,000 KRW per person per day will be charged, including management fees. (120,000 KRW for the entire week) For a pleasant space, please understand that indoor smoking, hair dyeing, and pets are not allowed. Please be aware that if indoor smoking or hair dyeing is discovered, you will be asked to leave the premises. (Additional cleaning fees will be charged upon discovery after check-out) We will listen carefully to your feedback and make improvements. We will send you a sincere message after the contract is completed.
Haenggung-dong, Jangan Park, Hwaseo Starfield, Manseok Park, North Suwon Homeplus, Jeongja Traditional Market, Yes Food Ingredients Mart, etc. are all within walking distance. Nearby restaurants include Yuchihwaegwan, Boyoung Mandu, and Bukhoewon. All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, excessive use may result in additional charges.
