This is a newly built house at the foot of Inwangsan Mountain. It is clean, and the bedding is made of high-quality hotel-grade cotton yarn to provide a pleasant space. The living room, which overlooks the sky, has large windows with curtains and blinds. You can use it as comfortably as you would your own home.
There are 12 bus routes within a 3-5 minute walk from the bus stop, making it easy to access the city center. You can reach Gyeongbokgung Station, Gwanghwamun Station, City Hall Station, Seoul Station, Namdaemun Market, and Insa-dong in 20-30 minutes by bus, and it connects to subway lines 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.
This is a quiet residential area. Indoor smoking, parties, and events are prohibited. Inviting outsiders and overnight stays are not allowed (entry is prohibited for anyone not listed in the reservation). Separate waste collection is mandatory.
There are many museums, art galleries, and galleries in nearby Pyeongchang-dong and Buam-dong. If you walk along Hongjecheon Stream, which is 5 minutes away, you can reach the Han River in an hour, making it great for walking, jogging, or cycling. Baeksasil Valley is about ten minutes away, where you can enjoy the forest atmosphere, and it's easy to access the surrounding trails, such as the Palgakjeong, Bukhansan, Bugaksan, and Ansan Jarak-gil, through Baeksasil.
