- It is a 3-minute walk from the Citizens' Hall bus stop. - From the bus stop, it is easy to access the university, bus terminal, airport, and tourist attractions. - There are paid/free public parking lots nearby, and street parking is also available. - The nearby Noodle Street and Dongmun Market are a 10-minute walk away. - A 24-hour convenience store is a 2-minute walk away, and large supermarkets (E-Mart, Matro) are a 10-minute drive away.
- Check-in is contactless. - Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Smoking is not allowed indoors, and pets are strictly prohibited. - Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. (Time adjustments can be discussed) - Please wash dishes and dispose of trash upon check-out.

This share house is managed impeccably. I’ve lived in other share houses before, but the rent, location, and cleanliness here were all excellent. I especially loved the layout, as the room comes with its own private bathroom. You know how most share houses have shared bathrooms, right? I’m moving out because of a job relocation, but it’s a really great place.
The room was spacious and pleasant, and it was great to have a desk and a closet. I especially liked that each room had its own bathroom! There was also a washer and dryer, and I had a comfortable 7-week stay without any inconveniences! The people were also very nice. 🫶
The house is clean, and the host visits regularly to replenish supplies and manage the property well. The recycling area is right in front of the house, so it's close, and the location is great as it's near the city hall. I had a comfortable two months without any inconveniences and made good memories.😀
