In fact, being located in a residential complex makes it quiet at night. As you were dissatisfied with the cleanliness, we refunded the cleaning fee and provided compensation. You should not expect 5-star hotel quality; this room offers excellent value for its price. Refunds for the remaining period are not provided for early check-outs.
