This is a beautiful detached house located in the town of Sunheung. - This commercial house, which used to be a laundromat and restaurant, has been newly renovated. - It has a large kitchen with an island countertop and a dining table, making it great for cooking. - With two queen beds, it's suitable for four people. - Air conditioning and heating are installed, so you can stay comfortably in both summer and winter. - There's an outdoor deck, perfect for spending some quiet time.
- It is near the Sunheung-myeon Administrative Welfare Center. - It takes about 10 minutes by taxi from Punggi Station. - There are buses, but they don't run very often.
- Check-in is contactless. - Personal hygiene items such as toiletries and towels are not provided. - Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you the user guide.
- Barbecuing and cooking odorous foods are not allowed indoors or outdoors. - Although we are disinfecting, insects may still enter from outside. Refunds due to insects are not possible.
All utility bills are included in the price. We use an oil boiler. Please use it at an appropriate temperature, and excessive use may result in additional charges.
The place was incredibly clean, and I really enjoyed my stay.
Overall, it was clean and nice. The kitchen and dining room were especially nice, so it was a place where I wanted to finish my schedule early and have a meal. There are some restrictions on the use of hot water, and the bathroom drainage problem is a bit disappointing.
It's a pretty and quiet house. I had a good stay. Thank you.
