Please verify the number of guests before messaging us. ✔️ Visitors other than the registered guests are not permitted to enter. ✔️ There is no additional fee for children aged 7 or younger. ✔️ As this is not a commercial lodging facility, bedding and disposable amenities are not provided; please contact us separately if you need them. ✔️ Please message us if you wish to extend your contract. ✔️ Strictly no smoking indoors (including e-cigarettes), no parties, and no pets. > Violations will result in charges for professional cleaning (approx. 250,000–500,000 KRW) and compensation for damages. ✔️ No excessive noise (to prevent complaints). (Complaints regarding noise may lead to a request for immediate eviction; in such cases, the fee for the remaining rental period will not be refunded.) ✔️ As this is not a commercial lodging facility, guests are responsible for cleaning, laundry, and trash disposal.
