It does not have a sink or washing machine, but it is equipped with floor heating and a hot water shower for residential use. I rented the apartment for six weeks. The area is cozy, the apartment is spacious, the bed is very clean, and the owner is responsive. However, there are a few things worth considering: - There are many signs of wear and tear: scratches on the floor, mold spots on the windows and in the bathroom, and stains on the walls. - When I moved in, there was some hair and dust on the floor, and the mirrors were a bit dirty. - You might encounter insects (ants, mainly in the bathroom; I also killed four cockroaches during my six-week stay). - There are leaks when it rains—one near the balcony and another in front of the bathroom window. So, it’s a good apartment if you’re prepared for these issues. I hadn't anticipated them, so my experience wasn't the best. Also, the owner agreed to shorten the stay to two weeks (and refund the difference), but I decided against it because the website doesn't refund their service fees after check-in :(
It's spacious and comfortable to stay in. The owner is also friendly.
