However, the single bedroom with a super single bed is difficult to install air conditioning in, so the living room air conditioner and fan are used together for cooling. Please note this if you are sensitive to hot weather. We will do our best to prepare for a cool stay. It can be used comfortably from autumn to spring.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
I stayed for 6 weeks due to house repairs. I was a little worried because there were no reviews, but I had a very good stay. The location was the best part, only a 5-minute walk from Hongik University Station and about 10 minutes to Sangsu Station. Of course, it was sometimes noisy at night, but I even enjoyed that, thinking about when I would have such an experience again. There were many good restaurants, so I went on many food tours. The refrigerator was large and there was an induction cooktop, but we only used it for making tea and bought our meals. For parking, I bought a monthly pass for the Hongdae underground parking lot. The owner provided a laundry card, so I was able to do my laundry. And when I had questions or requests, the owner responded immediately, which made me feel at ease and comfortable. I am honored to be the first to write a review. I highly recommend Guesthouse 'Yurak'.
