The landscaping is well-maintained, and although the building is low-rise, the trees blend in well, so the view is not stuffy and is refreshing.
- Water, internet, and TV are included in the management fee. Electricity, heating, and hot water are not included in the management fee. - All utility bills are included in the management fee. - For summer air conditioning and winter heating, please be considerate of the host and use them only as much as needed. :) - If excessive charges occur, additional charges may be incurred.
The apartment is spotless, and the host is incredibly kind! Thank you so much for proactively providing everything I needed. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Okjeong.
