I am renting out this unit, which was originally furnished with high-quality furniture for my own newlywed home. The mattress alone cost 4 million won. It is located right in front of the Seoul National University Sangsang Campus and Seoho Lake Park, making it a wonderful spot for walks. The proximity to the lake park makes it great for dates; if you have children, taking a stroller walk there is good exercise and kids love it too. Taking a lap around the park after dinner is great for weight management and stress relief. It is fully furnished, so you can stay comfortably without any inconvenience. Please keep the place clean. I value cleanliness highly, so I prefer tenants who are tidy. All standard home appliances are provided. Please treat the place as if it were your own home and be mindful of electricity and gas usage. - Important Information - Check-in is contactless. Check-in times can be adjusted upon prior inquiry. It was an unpleasant three weeks that I never want to experience again. I have no intention of visiting again.
This guest was the most difficult and unpleasant person I’ve ever hosted. They claimed they needed various items, so I went out of my way during a busy time to buy things like detergent and toilet paper, only for them to demand even more. Demanding compensation because something got on their parked car was completely unreasonable; when I told them to contact Samsam, Samsam simply shifted the responsibility onto me, the landlord. While I understand they might have been upset, leaving the place in such a filthy state really made me question their character. Also, Samsam shouldn't adopt an attitude of shifting responsibility onto the landlord like that. It ends up causing damage solely to the landlord. You collect fees from both parties but fail to resolve a single issue. I have other guests who stay in touch regularly, but this experience was extremely unpleasant and difficult.
It was good because it was generally clean and well-maintained, except for the broken part above the bedroom door. The host was also kind and took care of many things, so I was comfortable.
