🚗 The Citizens' Hall bus stop is a 3-minute walk from the house. - The bus stop provides easy access to the airport, bus terminal, Jeju Port, and tourist attractions. - There is no separate parking lot, but there are many paid/free public parking lots nearby, and roadside parking is also available on nearby roads. - Noodle Street and Dongmun Market are about a 10-minute walk away, and large supermarkets (E-Mart, Mart-O) are a 5-minute drive away.
🏡 Check-in is contactless. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a detailed message about check-in and how to use the property. - Smoking is not allowed indoors, and please understand that pets are not allowed. - Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. (Time adjustment is possible through negotiation) - When checking out, please wash the dishes you used and take out the trash.
✨ Consumables necessary for daily life are not provided separately, so you must prepare them yourself. - Bedding is not provided. If requested, it can be rented once. (After that, residents are responsible for managing and washing the bedding themselves.) - The basic occupancy is for 3 adults, and a maximum of 5 people can use the accommodation. (There is no separate fee for additional guests.) - Smoking is only allowed on the front terrace, and cigarette butts must be disposed of in the dedicated container provided by the guest. - The surrounding area is a residential neighborhood, so consideration for others is required after 10 PM (noise, smell). ✨ Nearby Parking - Parking is *prohibited* on the road in front of the house from *9 AM to 6 PM on weekdays* (subject to fines). - On weekdays, parking is allowed on the road in front of the house from 6 PM to 9 AM the next morning. - On weekends, parking is allowed on the road in front of the house. - Parking is available in nearby alleyways. - Three nearby public parking lots (paid/free) are also available.
💡 All utility bills are included in the management fee, so you don't need to worry about them separately. 💡 However, if you use electricity or gas excessively, you may be asked to pay an additional fee upon check-out for the amount exceeding the management fee.
