We are located within the Hillstate Gakhwa Apartment complex. If you are arriving by car, please do not enter the apartment complex itself; instead, please use the parking lot for the commercial and officetel building (the entrance is located in the alley near the GS convenience store).
- Check-in is contactless. - Standard check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 11:00, though adjustments may be possible depending on the situation. - Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Indoor smoking and pets are not permitted.
- Compensation for damages will be charged in the event of property damage or soiling. - The space has been thoroughly cleaned and is ready for immediate use.
All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee. Additional fees may be charged in the event of excessive electricity or gas usage.
My stay was pleasant overall, as the place was clean and comfortable. The unit was more spacious than expected and well-equipped with necessary amenities. It was convenient to stay here thanks to the nearby facilities. It was a quiet environment, allowing me to stay comfortably without any issues. I was satisfied overall and would definitely stay here again.
