Although it's listed as a semi-basement, it's located on a hill, so it's actually a first-floor studio with a large window as shown in the photos.
Hannam Station, Seobinggo Station, and Itaewon Station on Line 6 are nearby. It is located on the north side of the Han River, near Banpo Bridge and Hannam Bridge. You can get off at the Seobinggo-dong Community Center bus stop.
Check-in is contactless. Pets are allowed.
Itaewon is nearby. It's Gangnam Banpo if you just cross the bridge. It's a restaurant with a view of the Han River.
Excessive use of electricity and gas may incur additional charges. Internet, TV, electricity, and gas are included in the management fee.
