A clean and pleasant place for short-term travelers. It is a quiet space with no traffic noise, ideal for business trips. If property or facilities are damaged due to smoking/food waste, etc., compensation may be required and the contract may be terminated. The maximum occupancy is 2 people.
It's cool in the summer because there's air conditioning.^^ All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
