A clean and pleasant place for short-term travelers. It is a quiet space with no traffic noise, ideal for business trips. If property or facilities are damaged due to smoking/food waste, etc., compensation may be required and the contract may be terminated. The maximum occupancy is 2 people.
It's cool in the summer because there's air conditioning.^^ All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
The place is clean, the location is great, and the host replies really quickly! I would definitely stay here again next time!

A great place to stay near Seongsu and Ttukseom. Although the building shows signs of age, the location is excellent, so I was very satisfied with my stay.
