Bedding cleaning and disinfection are mandatory before moving in. This is a fully furnished room with an Illy coffee machine (capsules provided for the contract period ♡), Standby Me, Wi-Fi, a microwave, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, etc.

Check-in is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, you will receive a message with check-in and usage instructions. Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors. Parties and noisy drinking and merrymaking are not allowed.
We welcome interns from the nearby Kyungpook National University Hospital. ^^
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
