ㅡ We will send photos showing the unit's condition after cleaning, prior to move-in. ㅡ This is a studio-type officetel conveniently located within walking distance of nearby shops and amenities. ㅡ Includes: Refrigerator, air conditioner, washer-dryer combo, kitchenware, hot/cold water purifier, inner partition door, shower booth, KT set-top box, Wi-Fi, and TV.
ㅡ Please inquire in advance if parking is required. ㅡ 3-minute walk to the Hanjin Haemoro bus stop. ㅡ 3 minutes to McDonald's; 5 minutes to Starbucks. ㅡ Near Homeplus and Top Mart. ㅡ 5 minutes to Ilsin Christian Hospital. ㅡ Near Jwagwangcheon Stream walking path, Central Park, and Dolphin Fountain.
ㅡCheck-in is contactless. ㅡOnce your booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. ㅡIndoor smoking and pets are not permitted. ㅡThis studio is designed for one person; the bed and bedding are provided for a single occupant. ㅡPlease observe the rules.
ㅡ Government offices, hospitals, companies, schools, supermarkets, and parks are located nearby. ㅡ Convenient amenities such as Starbucks, McDonald's, large cafes, and popular restaurants are in the vicinity. ㅡ Compensation fees will be charged for any damage or soiling of the property. ㅡ The unit is thoroughly cleaned and ready for immediate use upon move-in. ㅡ The standard occupancy is two people; please check the additional maintenance fee for any extra occupants.
All utility costs are included in the management fee. However, an additional management fee may be charged in the event of excessive usage. There is no extra charge for up to two guests; for three or more guests, an additional fee of 10,000 KRW per person per day applies.
It was spotless, and having laundry and drying facilities available was fantastic. Just a heads-up: the parking tower cannot accommodate large vehicles like the Carnival.
