I had a wonderful stay.
The unit was clean, and the neighborhood was very quiet. The only issue was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom at certain times of the day. I’m not sure if this is normal in Korea or if it could be fixed with proper maintenance—it was manageable, but on some days, it was really bad. The A/C worked well during our stay; as a bonus, there was a second unit in the larger bedroom, though we never used it. The refrigerator was brand new and worked perfectly. Water pressure in both the bathroom and kitchen was strong. There was a 7-Eleven about 50 meters down the street, and the subway station was also just 50 meters away. There’s a really great coffee shop called Blue Coffee nearby—it’s amazing if you appreciate good coffee (you have to try their peanut latte). The landlord was incredibly kind and sincere. Communication was excellent and very prompt. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it, provided the sewage issue gets resolved.
I had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Clean and safe.
