The large, unobstructed windows created a wonderful sense of openness. The view from the room was beautiful, featuring the Musical Fountain Park, Yangsan Tower, and distant mountains. Staying inside didn't feel stifling at all; simply looking out the window was refreshing. I also appreciated being able to walk to Yangsan Stream. It was a great spot for a stroll, and the neighborhood wasn't overly busy, which made for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Yangsan Tower, located nearby, was definitely worth a visit. Admission was free, offering a panoramic view of the entire city of Yangsan—beautiful by day and stunning at night. I also highly recommend the book café on the 5th floor for its great atmosphere. I was also pleased with how quiet it was during my week-long stay. The building itself was peaceful, and I experienced no issues with noise from neighbors or daily living sounds. Food delivery options were plentiful, making daily life convenient, and the recycling area on the ground floor was easily accessible. Overall, with its great views, quiet environment, walking paths, and convenient amenities, it struck me as an excellent place for a short-term stay.
