👮♂️ A safe environment with no security concerns due to the presence of a security guard at the entrance. 🛒 A convenience store and self-service laundry are available on the first floor of the building. 🏪 Within a 1-minute walk, you'll find No Brand, Daiso, restaurants, cafes, large supermarkets, and other abundant lifestyle infrastructure. 🌿 The open window with a refreshing view of Yangsan Tower and Park is an attractive feature.

Pros: Great location with excellent amenities; situated in a commercial hub near Daiso, supermarkets, convenience stores, etc.; quiet atmosphere. Although the building is older, it is clean and odor-free. Fully stocked with basic daily necessities. Cons: Unable to cook during the stay; water wouldn't boil even after 30 minutes (unsure if the issue was the induction cooktop or the frying pan). Limited parking; if the lot is full, it is inconvenient to have to use the outdoor area or the parking tower. The closet is too small to hang long garments.
