🚉Transportation Hub: From Seongsu Station on Line 2, you can walk to the accommodation, passing through Yeonmujang-gil and Cafe Street, where you can find food, attractions, and shopping. 🚉Konkuk University Entrance, a popular spot for young people, is a 10-15 minute walk away. It is also located within a 2-minute walk from public transportation. 🚉Located at Seongsu Station, which offers convenient access to anywhere in Seoul, it is close to Konkuk University, Hanyang University, Seoul Forest, Ttukseom, Jamsil, Gangnam, Jongno, and Euljiro.
Check-in is contactless. You will receive a check-in guide text message once the contract is complete. Check-in is at 3 PM, check-out is at 11 AM. The large room has one queen-size bed and one single-size bed, so it can accommodate 3 or 4 people. The small room is equipped with an oval table, sofa, and smart TV so you can gather and enjoy a party, and you can also enjoy games as a group. The sofa bed transforms into a double-size bed for 2 people when unfolded.
✨️ Seongsu-dong's hot spots, Yeonmujang-gil, Cafe Street, and Atelier Street, offer plenty of food, shopping, and attractions. Convenience stores, restaurants, and cafes are right next door, and a bus stop for the airport bus is also right in front. ✨️ Each room is equipped with air conditioning, so you can enjoy a cool and pleasant space even in the middle of summer. ✨️ Please prepare your own personal items such as bedding and toothbrushes. ✨️ If desired, you can rent a neatly laundered bedding set for an additional 20,000 won per set. ✨️ Due to the nature of space rental, it is difficult to provide basic amenities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste. ✨️ The small room can be used as a party room for games and refreshments with a table and smart TV (free Wi-Fi). When it's time to sleep, remove the table and unfold the sofa bed to transform it into a D-size bed. It is a cozy space where two people can sleep.
All utility bills (electricity, gas, water, internet) are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee. For example, if you overuse the air conditioner in the summer, or if you overuse heating and hot water in the winter, additional charges may apply.
