- Check-in is contactless. - Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, but this can be adjusted depending on the situation. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Smoking indoors and bringing pets are not allowed.
- Compensation for damages will be charged if the property is damaged or contaminated. - The property is cleaned and ready for immediate use upon move-in.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you use excessive electricity and gas, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
