Parking is available upon registration, and we will provide instructions on the registration process before you move in.

📌 Usage Information Check-in is contactless. Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in instructions and usage guidelines. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are not permitted. (A fee of 100,000 KRW will be deducted from the deposit for violations.) You may be held liable for any damage, loss, or complaints arising during your stay, and a portion of the deposit may be deducted in such cases. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a comfortable and clean space 🙏
All utility costs are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of the included items.
