📌 Instructions Check-in is contactless. Upon contract confirmation, we will send you a message with check-in instructions and usage guidelines. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, and pets are not allowed. (A deduction of 100,000 KRW will be made from the deposit for violations) You may be held responsible for any damage, loss, or complaints that arise, and in such cases, a portion of the deposit may be deducted. To maintain a comfortable and clean space, we ask for your understanding and cooperation. 🙏
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
