- Check-out cleaning is performed by a professional company, including disinfection and thorough cleaning of every corner, including the large window, to maintain a pleasant environment. - Maximum 2 guests allowed (Check-in: 15:00 / Check-out: 11:00) - Upon check-out, for guests who wish, up to 10 photos will be developed on standard-size high-quality photo paper and delivered to their address free of charge. - No resident registration, no eating in bed, no food waste in the toilet, no smoking indoors, no loud noises. - Be careful on the stairs and railings of the duplex structure (personal carelessness is entirely the individual's responsibility). - Upon check-out, separate trash for recycling and restore the property to its original condition (compensation for damaged items, additional cleaning, etc.). - Violation of the above may result in termination without refund of usage fees and claims for damages if any losses occur. - Other: Nearby famous tourist attractions include Nu-seom Island, Sihwa Lake Observatory, Fishing Village Folk Museum, Ansan Botanical Garden, Daebu Mine Sedimentary Rock, Bangameori Beach, Wadong Park, Badahyanggimok Arboretum, Tando Port, Children's Imagination Space, as well as Oido and Turtle Island Artificial Surfing Beach in nearby Siheung and Hwaseong.

This is my third visit. Thanks to the beautiful view, clean accommodation, and thoughtful and kind host, I had a good stay. The wooden table was placed by the window, so I enjoyed the luxury of having breakfast while admiring the wonderful scenery.
