It is well-maintained and in a good location.
It's a quiet and clean house.
Since it's an old apartment, interior construction has been ongoing for two and a half months, so it's difficult to stay at home during the day. For two weeks after moving in, I had to take my children to a study cafe. (Here, construction is mandatory for floor soundproofing.) The upstairs neighbor who moved in also makes banging noises even at 11 PM, and after their repairs, intermittent high-frequency sounds made it impossible to sleep. You should probably check this. The bathroom showerhead is not fixed and keeps falling off; it would be good if it could be repaired. There's a dishwasher, but I couldn't use it because it only cleaned and the smell from the drain pipe kept spreading. Parking is very difficult, and there was a parking lot collision. Also, surrounding cars drive aggressively, leading to an accident in front of the complex. Those who use cars should be careful. The complex itself is fine, but as soon as you leave, it's an entertainment district. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Garak Market Station.

I'm a host who loves reading books in a cozy home.
