It is located a 5-6 minute walk from Sinsa Station and Nonhyeon Station, making it very convenient to get around. It is also a 5-6 minute walk from the Gangnam Airport Bus stop. It is ideal for those looking for a private space to stay instead of a hotel after returning from overseas. It has a practical structure designed to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children comfortably and leisurely, like a condo.

Move-in is conveniently done **non-face-to-face (Self Check-in)**. ✔️ Check-in / Check-out Check-in: 3 PM Check-out: 11 AM ※ Flexible adjustments are possible with prior consultation. ✔️ No Smoking To maintain a pleasant environment, smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas (including the veranda). If smoking is confirmed, a special cleaning fee of 330,000 KRW may be deducted from the deposit. (Please be considerate of the next user.) ✔️ When bringing pets If you are moving in with pets, an additional cleaning fee of 150,000 KRW will be charged upon check-out.
It is a 15-minute walk to Garosu-gil, 6 minutes to Sinsa Station, and 5 minutes to Nonhyeon Station, making it convenient to travel. Kyobo Bookstore is also one subway stop away, providing excellent living infrastructure. There are many restaurants and convenience facilities nearby, making it a location with high satisfaction for both dining out and daily life. There is a stylish cafe and wine bar on the first floor of the building, making it a great place to relax.
Heating costs (gas bill from November to March) exceeding 100,000 won may be charged separately. Smoking is strictly prohibited not only indoors but also on the veranda. (If smoking is confirmed, a special cleaning fee of 330,000 won will be charged.)
