It is within walking distance of Busan University of Foreign Studies, and there are convenience stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, and hospitals nearby, making daily life convenient. Bannam-dorang Park and Dalnim Park are a 5-minute walk away, making them suitable for walks and exercise. Beomeosa Temple and Geumjeongsanseong Fortress are an 8-minute drive away, making it a recommended healing travel destination in the city. Access to local tourist attractions such as Dongnae Hot Spring District and Seodong Miro Market is also excellent, allowing for a variety of itineraries.

The location and options are well-equipped, making it very suitable for a short-term stay, so I had a comfortable stay.
The surroundings are residential, so it was quiet, and there was a park in front, which was nice for morning walks. A small supermarket was located about 15 steps away, making it convenient to buy snacks at night. I had a comfortable two-week stay, as if I were living in a rented house. (It would be nice to have a dressing table smaller than the dining table.)
